    UP1KIT™ kit allows you to quickly and easily repair your shift cable by replacing the bushing. The patented (US patent #10,619,723 and #10,215,273) coupling and custom molded replacement bushing ensure a quality repair with ease.  A professional can perform this repair in under 10 minutes, average time for a non-professional is less than 25 minutes. This bushing is made from a material that was designed to outlast the factory bushing and includes everything needed to install.  Bushing Fix® UP1KIT™- Transmission Shift Cable Bushing Repair Kit ™; (US Patent # 10,215,273 and US Patent # 10,619,723).

    The kit includes DIY instructions, custom molded bushing, and patent pending installation tools.

      Perfect fit and easy to install. The tool used to install the bushing into the cable is included and makes the install very easy. Saves $400 for what the auto repair place wanted to replace the whole shifter cable.

      Easy as could be. Installed exactly as the video said. Took less than 10 minutes to install on a Chevy Cavalier and it was back on the road.

      Shifter Bushing for shift end of cable

      Worked like a charm exactly as per the video. I could not locat what I was sure to be the correct part. I called and the lady put me onto the exact part I needed. I tell everyone I know as I have had to replace shift cables in the past at great expense just becuase the bushing erroded away. Great Product. Saves a ton of money, even with overnight shipping.

      Just as simple as the video showed. Took a little extra elbow grease to get the cable with the new bushing to pop back into place. 100% recommend. Saved me over $100!!!

      Easy Fix

      I ordered the bushing kits for my Corvette. The bushings arrived in two days. It is very easy to install on the shift cable. Instructions were clear and they have a video of the installation that is available.
      I ordered two kits, one for the front of the shift cable and one for the rear connection of the cable.
      I can’t believe GM put such a inferior part in the cable. The part from the BushingKit.com is much better!

      Bought the UP1 kit and fixed my corvette myself and saved tons. A couple of tips. Put dental floss around the grommet so that if it flies off you can find it. Also c6 owner use and old shoe string to pull up on the shift cable so it aligns properly and then snap into place. Took like 30 minutes from start to finish.
