The patented (US patent #10,619,723 and #10,215,273) custom molded replacement bushing ensures a quality repair with ease. A professional can perform this repair in under 5 minutes, average time for a non-professional is less than 10 minutes. This bushing is made from a material that was designed to outlast the factory bushing and includes everything needed to install.

The Dealer wanted $307 for the complete cable that had the bushing in the cable arm, $24.99 I fixed it myself with just replace the worn out Bushing.

To fix it myself, I needed this part. Toyota does not sell it by itself. Only as part of the cable assembly. $250.

Fast shipping, works great, perfect fit. That must be some VERY special plastic the bushing is made of, to charge $29.00 for this small piece. But, then again, it saved me big dollars to not have to replace the whole cable assembly. Installation was literally a snap!

Excellent problem solving product. Just a little more difficult to install than video suggested, but not impossible. Very snug fit. Five minutes to install. Spent more time removing console.

Just what I needed
The bushing on my shift cable broke, and I could not afford the dealer's only option of buying a new cable since they do not sell just the bushing.
Finding and ordering my bushing was very easy. My order arrived on time, and the part was exactly what I needed to fix the problem. I saved over $200 for the cable, and who knows how much in shop time since I am in no position to do that kind of replacement repair.
However, with this bushing, I was able to repair everything with only a screwdriver and a socket (to take the console out of the car). The bushing came with an install tool which made the job as easy as line up the parts and press with my thumb. There was even a small packet of lubricating grease included.
