SB1Kit™ transmission shift cable kit (US patent #10,619,723 and #10,215,273) allows you to quickly and easily repair your shift selector cable by replacing the bushing. The kit replaces the bushing on the exterior end of the shift cable located at the transmission.
The patented coupling and custom molded replacement bushing ensures a quality repair with ease. A professional can perform this repair in under 5 minutes, average time for a non-professional is less than 10 minutes. This bushing is made from a material that was designed to outlast the factory bushing and includes everything needed to install.

Bushing replacement
Leaving a review because even though the Brexit farce is going on, this arrived promptly with no delays and fixed my issue. Ordered Sunday, arrived Thursday with the cheapest shipping option.
The bushing on my 2003 95 aero had disintegrated and I was unable to select park. This replacement bush went in easily, I didn't have to remove the cable or the battery tray to fit, just pulled the old bits of bush out and used a long flat screwdriver to help the ears in. I now have clean shifting and access to park again. There's life in the old girl yet.
Thanks bushing fix for this cheap, easy to fit repair. -

Perfect fit for all 2002 to 2009 Saab 9-5 auto transmission vehicles. Previous to this bushing, needed to replace the labor intensive and expensive shift cable. Saves a ton of time!

High quality item. This product has saved me from spending £300 on a whole new gear linkage & labour or from constantly using cable ties.
Fairly easy to fit with the linkage arm in situ and without removing the battery or battery box (if you have smaller hands).
