This bushing is made from a material that was designed to outlast the factory bushing and includes everything needed to install. Part was installed and this fixed my problem.
Rita was great. She replaced the first bushing, which was lost during installation. She gave a tip to tie dental floss through the hope in the replacement part in case it slipped off.
