2002 GMC Envoy
After having the bushing break at work, I rigged it enough to get home and ordered this product. It's more expensive that original parts, but the quality is also much better and easier to install. It arrived quickly and was installed in about 2 minutes. Works great. Thanks.

easy repair
I took my GMC to repai. Shop they told me I need it to get a entire new cable direct from GM and it was going to be over $400 for the job.
Guest what all I need it was the little bushing install it my self it took 2 minuts
I am glad I was able to save all that money. -
Easy, easy, easy
I felt it was my lucky day when I saw this was available. I was about to get my truck towed to a mechanic but decided to see what the cause was 1st. When I turned the ignition on, all the lights would show, when I went to start it, all lights went off. My search led me to these guys. This could not have been easier to do. Had it done in about a minute after I jacked the truck up.

Great Fit!
This is the way to go. If your cable is still in good shape, don't go thru the effort of replacing the entire cable. This is the fix for a worn out bushing.

very easy!
This is great! Saved me time and money.
Paid extra for shipping overnight and took 3 days to get it but whatever it works. -
Overall, good to find an aftermarket product that mimics original equipment so closely
A little difficulty in getting the part secured on the stud, but other than that, seems fine. If it last 90,000 miles like the first, well worth it.

So far, so good
I was so excited to discover a fix for my problem without spend $100+. and being able to do it myself. While the original bushing lasted many years I was disappointed that the original design of this connection between two vital parts of the transmission was as flimsy and vulnerable as it is. I have waited three (3) weeks to reply to your invitation to review the product in order to see if it would hold up. Seemingly, is it doing the job excellently and, if it last as long as the original part, I will be more than satisfied - AND thankful indeed for a far less expensive 'fix' that the GMC dealer quoted me.

Lifesaver
I had already spent $400 to have a solenoid that I suspect was not necessary and was looking at another hefty bill to have a new cable installed. It was $150 just for the part and who knows how much for labor. For $25 we fixed it ast home in about 5 minutes. Thank you bushingfic.com.
