This bushing is made from a material that was designed to outlast the factory bushing and includes everything needed to install. Without this part you are left stranded. You could do a temporary fix but original quality is best. Ford in Australia only sell the complete cable ($165) and it's a major job to install it. So I was pleased to see this little part available online and even though it seemed a little expensive given the exchange rate it was well worth it especially when it turns up in the post. Less than 10 mins to fit and you're on your way. Good luck to this company for providing this part, there are a lot of Falcons in this country that will need one sooner or later.
