Ford Cube transmission shift cable kit allows you to quickly and easily repair your shift selector cable by replacing the bushing. The patented (US patent #10,619,723 and #10,215,273) coupling and custom molded replacement bushing ensures a quality repair with ease. A professional can perform this repair in under 5 minutes, average time for a non-professional is less than 10 minutes. This bushing is made from a material that was designed to outlast the factory bushing and includes everything needed to install. ease of instal;
Not as easy to install as it shows on a bench install. Crawled under the car several times thinking it just snaps in, But it does not. Had to position it and use a channel lock against the muffler to force it all the way on. Then I could close the clamp in place. worked but maybe do a video of an actual install.

Perfect fit
This kit was easy to install, exactly like the excellent video instructions. I highly recommend this fix as an alternative to the costly recommendations from repair shops. This old guy did it in 10 minutes without jacking or lifting the trick. Special thanks to Carol, who reviewed the pictures of my old linkage block and told me what I needed. 5 stars is not enough.
