Shift Linkage Repair Kit
On a 2001-2007 Caravan / Town&Country / Voyager, using a CH1Kit: Before installation remove rust and grime from the pin sticking up off the shifting lever on top of the transmission:
1) Get 2 brightly-colored rags, steel wool, and some degreaser (like 409/ Fantastic/ Engine Bright)
2) Lay a rag under the lever and end of trans cable to catch steel bits and cleaner.
3) Clean it by pinching it with steel wool with your fingers and rotating it around pin.
4) Clean the pin, and surrounding area.
5) Remove the rag laying underneath the trans lever.
6) Install bushing. Don't use much silicone grease.
Comment: I wish the bushing hugged the pin better. I can pop the cable off the pin with just one finger. On the other hand It fixed the missing bushing and operates. -
Finally! A fix that works!
Over the past year we have had our car in the shop to get the shift indicator repaired. The fix repair would last maybe a day. We were told that we needed a new shift lever cable which, of course, Chrysler no longer makes or stocks. I found this product via a web search. I thought I'd try it as a last ditch effort. Wow! It works! Plus it was an inexpensive repair.

excellent product, better than original part
Ordered the part and was notified that it shipped right away. Fantastic customer service and product. Nothing cryptic straight forward information.
