Gear selector Cable bushing
I was unable to find the bushing for my dodge avenger 2013 model. Although it was a common problem found over the years in such models the big stores like Napa or Autozone do not offer such bushings, but only sell the entire cable. The cable can cost about $250 and with labour the final amount can be as high as $500. The bushing problem is not worth $500. I am thankful to bushingfix.com for offering the product at very convenient price. This saved me almost $470.

Update to previous review
The Dodge dealership we checked with before finding the bushing we needed at Bushingfix.com told us we couldn't replace the bushing, we had to replace the entire cable. Obviously that wasn't true!

Perfect fit
This fit my 2013 Dodge Avenger automatic 4 speed transmission perfectly. But, I couldn't get it in using the retainer. Instructions in the video didnt say to use a silicon on the shift lever so we didn't. Hopefully that wont become a problem. I've only been driving again for 3 days and so far so good.

Easy fix!
Product saved me hundreds in repair bill. The bushing was a simple fix to my now 12 year old car. I used the red adapter to install it but I believe it would have been just as easy without it. Tight fit and seems to be holding up under a lot of use. I will definitely buy again should the need arise and recommend to anyone in need of a hardback to find bushing!

Worked Perfect on 2010 Dodge Avenger
You need to push pretty hard to get the bushing guide into the round end of the shift cable and make sure all the lip is around the cable end before installing--otherwise perfect! Saved us tons of money and time.

it works!
I ordered this shortly after I lost my patience with reaching under the hood to put my car back in park. I spent a frustrating amount of time trying to squeeze the bushing into the harness with the plastic piece (as per instructions). It just plain didn't fit. After about a half hour and a sore thumb I decided to be a rebel and toss the plastic piece. The rubber bushing just popped into place no problem. Everything seems to be holding together so far! Knocking a star off for the pointless plastic piece.
