The patented (US patent #10,619,723 and #10,215,273) coupling and custom molded replacement bushing ensure a quality repair with ease. A professional can perform this repair in under 10 minutes, average time for a non-professional is less than 25 minutes. This bushing is made from a material that was designed to outlast the factory bushing and includes everything needed to install. Easy installation
So glad I found this website! Our van had been out of service for a few weeks trying to find a cheap shifter cable. We went to PA to visit family and my dad had gotten one cheap; but when I got it all the way home to SC, we found out that one was busted as well. We got the repair kit two days after it was ordered and was able to get the van working again in no time. Great product!

GREAT PRODUCT
Thank you Bushing fix. I got stranded at a gas station when
I was backing out of a parking space. The linkage popped
off and I was stuck in reverse. I called AAA and they got my
Van home for me. I came across your company when I was
going thru some reviews about a new shifting cable. I am
glad I did and I ordered the bushings from your company

Shift end of cable bushing repair kit
We placed the new bushing kit to cable and it is still working great, We hope it continue the same way for long long time. So I am satisfied with the product.

Stranded
On the way home from a 3000 mile trip, my wife put the car into park at one of our stops and the shift cable popped of the lever on the transmission. Unfortunately, no one in town had the parts to fix it in a reasonable time, so I ordered the "BushingFix" kit to have it waiting for me when we got home and did a temporary fix to get us there. Total time to fix the cable with "Bushing Fix" when I got home was 20 minutes.
