Hello DIY folks, mechanics, shop owners, and parts managers! We will be blogging twice weekly on Thursdays and Mondays and want to hear from you - so please stay tuned as we simply talk about vehicles, parts, and those of us who love our transportation!
A reminder of last week: What is a shift cable -A transmission shift cable is the link between the shifter handle and the transmission in a vehicle. Its position changes as a driver moves the shifter handle of the vehicle; choosing the gear setting of a vehicle. For example: D for Drive; R for Reverse and so forth!
So let's talk Chevrolet Trailblazer SUV owners -specifically the Chevy Trailblazer (2002-2009) and the Chevy Trailblazer EXT (2002-2006). GM PART NUMBER 15785087 Shift Cable - we offer REPAIR instead of replacing entire cable - simply by replacing the bushing!
VIDEO makes for an Easier Repair - and it will have your Chevrolet Trailblazer 2002-2009 (auto transmission) or Chevrolet Trailblazer EXT 2002 -2006 on the road with no guess work!
